End-User Licensing Agreement

End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Thrubal

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Thrubal Ltd ("Thrubal," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Thrubal mobile application (the "App").

 

1. License Grant

Thrubal Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App;

  • Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement;

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App;

  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the operation of the App;

  • Share your login credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your account;

  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users;

  • Use the App to transmit or upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any third party's rights; or

  • Use the App in any manner inconsistent with the intended use of the App.

 

3. Ownership

Thrubal Ltd retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the App.

 

4. Updates

Thrubal Ltd may, in its sole discretion, provide updates, modifications, or enhancements to the App from time to time. You agree that Thrubal Ltd has no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of the App.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THRUBAL LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THRUBAL LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

 

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

8. Changes to this Agreement

Thrubal Ltd reserves the right to update or change this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Agreement will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Agreement.
