Terms and Conditions of Use for Thrubal

Welcome to Thrubal, a soccer networking app developed by Thrubal Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Thrubal mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the App.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, Thrubal Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;

  • Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the App;

  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods;

  • Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or deleterious programs;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App;

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.

 

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Thrubal Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Thrubal Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thrubal Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

 

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrubal Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

8. Changes to these Terms

Thrubal Ltd reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
